Jenny Wolff, RN / Administrator

Home Care Solutions was founded in 2007, by Jenny Wolff, RN. Jenny has been a part of the local healthcare community for over 25 years and retains her many years of experience as a RN Case Manager in the Home Health Care Industry. Jenny is both the Owner of Home Care Solutions and the operating Administrator. She is native to Northwest Florida, and is honored to have the opportunity to serve her community.

 Most importantly, Jenny understands the kind of specialized support that patients and families need to remain in the comfort of their own homes, and has a wealth of knowledge about community resources and programs available to the public and Home Care Management.

 When Jenny is outside of work, she cherishes and looks forward to spending quality time with her family, friends and grandchildren.

Mary Abercrombie, Practice Manager/Alternate Administrator

Mary has been with Home Care Solutions since 2009 and has a wealth of information and knowledge that has been crucial to our success.

Mary attended Pensacola Junior College and worked as a Medical Assistant at Sacred Heart Hospital for 16 years and the Northwest Florida Blood Center for several years. She has been working in medical facilities since the age of 18 and has vast knowledge of the healthcare industry.

A few years ago Mary left us due to severe emphysema caused by a genetic lung disease. We thought at the time she would not be returning to work but after an amazingly successful double lung transplant at Mayo in Jacksonville, she is not only working she is breathing normally for the first time in her adult life. We are thrilled she is back in the Home Care Solutions family, it wasn't the same without her.

Angela Blanton, HR Coordinator

Angela spent 8 years serving her country in the US Army where she received many medals, including the AAM – Army Achievement Medal. She continues in the military now as an Army reservist. She joined Home Care Solutions in December 2019 as a temporary employee and was offered a permanent position in Feb. 2020 and is our HR Coordinator.

She has experience as a CNA, has an enormous amount of administrative experience and graduated college with her Paralegal Certification.

Angela has a big heart, is dedicated to her job and is a joy to have in the office!

When not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones, and shopping!
