25 Years of Home Health Experience

Founded in 2007, our company was started by Jenny Wolff, R.N., who has been involved in healthcare for 25 years.  Jenny retains many years of experience as a Case Manager in homecare.  She knows that people need more than nursing to recuperate at home after surgery or major illness.  Over the years, doctor's referrals and word of mouth have lead us to hire and train a range of healthcare professionals to meet our patients needs.

Home Care Solutions, located in Pensacola, Florida is dedicated to providing the residents of this area with the care and companionship needed to remain independent in the comfort and safety of their own home. We offer help with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, dressing, transfers, and incontinence care. We also help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, nutrition monitoring, help with shopping and running errands, medication reminders, assistance with walking, pet care, and most importantly—companionship and friendly conversation.  If your condition warrents, we can also provide private duty nursing to include express lab service, wound care, catheter care, help with tube feedings and IV therapy.  We are also available for RN assessment, on going case management,  and personal instruction to family members.

We're dedicated to providing safe, high quality care.  We want to "exceed expectations" in home healthcare by surpassing other agencies in the quality of care we provide that results in exceptional client satisfaction.  We sought accreditation for our agency because we wanted to demonstrate our commitment to patient's safety and quality care.  We view obtaining The Joint Commissions' accreditation as another step towards achieving excellence.  The accreditation award recognizes Home Care Solution's dedication to complying with the Joint Commission's state-of-the-art standards on a continuous basis.

We currently have over 50 professionals and serve between 80 - 100 patients throughout our 5 county region each week. You can be assured that Home Care Solutions, will provide Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Homemakers, and Nurses that are well trained, reliable and can be trusted to provide care for your loved one in a caring, compassionate manner.  All caregivers are bonded and insured, covered by Workers' Compensation, and are never contracted employees.

We are locally owned and committed to our community. Our office is located in the historic Blount Building in beautiful downtown Pensacola, FL.

The owner of HCS, Jenny Wolff, RN,has been involved in healthcare for 25 years. She retains many years of experience as a Registered Nurse and has spent the last several years in home-care activities, home healthcare and management. With many years of nursing experience, she is knowledgeable about community resources and programs available to the public.  She is  a member of the FL 1 DMAT (Florida Disaster Medical Assistance Team) which responds to state and federal emergencies as needed.  Please see our RESOURCE page for more information.

Home Care Solutions opened April 1, 2007, and Jenny was nominated for Outstanding Women in Business Award for 2007 sponsored by the Pensacola Business Journal.
