Jenny Wolff, RN / Administrator
Home Care Solutions was founded in 2007, by Jenny Wolff, RN. Jenny has been a part of the local healthcare community for over 25 years and retains her many years of experience as a RN Case Manager in the Home Health Care Industry. Jenny is both the Owner of Home Care Solutions and the operating Administrator. She is native to Northwest Florida, and is honored to have the opportunity to serve her community.
Most importantly, Jenny understands the kind of specialized support that patients and families need to remain in the comfort of their own homes, and has a wealth of knowledge about community resources and programs available to the public and Home Care Management.
When Jenny is outside of work, she cherishes and looks forward to spending quality time with her family, friends and grandchildren.
Amanda Young, Care Coordinator
Amanda Young started working for Home Care Solutions in 2011 as a CNA providing care to our valued clients. She came to us with experience working with the elderly in a Nursing Home environment as well as many years in customer service.
Amanda was very well loved by the client’s that she provided care to but it was very quickly realized that due to her vast customer service experience alongside her healthcare experience that she could be a valuable asset working inside the office. During that time she would work part-time as an Administrative Assistant and in the field with clients.
Now Amanda has advanced to the role of our Care Coordinator. Her many years of service and experience have not gone unnoticed and she is a valuable asset to us, our clients, and our caregivers.
Lynette Bramlett, Practice Manager
Lynette Bramlett started working at Home Care Solutions in 2016. She attended the University of West Florida and has a Bachelor’s degree in business management. She has worked in the healthcare field for 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our office. She is our Practice Manager and handles human resources and scheduling for clients.
When Lynette is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, and volunteering for the Friends of the Gulf Breeze library.
Nicole Adams, Case Manager
Nicole Adams, RN BSN LHRM graduated from Pensacola State College with her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She has been an RN for four years and has worked with Home Care Solutions since 2015. Nicole works part time in our office assisting with any needs as well as doing in home complimentary assessments for our clients. She loves meeting new clients and assisting with identifying their needs.
Mary Abercrombie, Consultant
Mary has been with Home Care Solutions since 2009 and has a wealth of information and knowledge that has been crucial to our success. While she no longer works in the office, she continues to work as our consultant on a wide range of issues and she is invaluable to us.
Mary attended Pensacola Junior College and worked as a Medical Assistant at Sacred Heart Hospital for 16 years and the Northwest Florida Blood Center for several years. She has been working in medical facilities since the age of 18 and has vast knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Sharyon Miller, Community Liaison
Sharyon is Home Care Solutions’ Community Liaison marketing to seniors regarding home care and options for being able to stay in their homes. Her major concern is the risk of falls in Florida and she tries to address this at every level in her practice.
She has most recently worked with the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and developed a Senior Awareness Team of over 60 Partners who helped with a large Senior Health Fair and a publication. It was a very successful publication that addressed many questions and decisions regarding the aging market.
Sharyon has had a love for the Senior Demographic Market for the past 16 years.
About Our Caregivers
Home Care Solutions, employs Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Nurses that are experienced, reliable, and can be trusted to provide care for you or your loved one in a compassionate manner. All caregivers are background screened, bonded, and insured; they’re covered by Workers’ Compensation, and are never contracted employees.
Our Caregivers receive orientation, annual training, and ongoing education, so that they are best prepared to care for their clients.
