Founded in 2007, our company was started by Jenny Wolff, R.N., who has been involved in healthcare for 25 years. Jenny retains many years of experience as a Case Manager in homecare. She knows that people need more than nursing to recuperate at home after surgery or major illness. Over the years, doctor's referrals and word of mouth have lead us to hire and train a range of healthcare professionals to meet our patients needs.
Home Care Solutions, located in Pensacola, Florida is dedicated to providing the residents of this area with the care and companionship needed to remain independent in the comfort and safety of their own home. We offer help with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, dressing, transfers, and incontinence care. We also help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, nutrition monitoring, help with shopping and running errands, medication reminders, assistance with walking, pet care, and most importantly—companionship and friendly conversation.
